RoundCorner performs the rounding of the edges and corners of 3D shapes along a 2D profile, in 3 modes: Round corners, Sharp corners and Bevel. It requires you upgrade to LibFredo6 3.3a or higher. [Chinese version - 11 Nov 09 - 21:40 CET Here is the LANG file for the Chinese version, produced by Diweiman and the SuBAR_CLT team at SketchupBar. In the attached Zip file, there is a file RoundCorner_ZH.lang, which should go to the ROUNDCORNER_Dir_21 subfolder. Do not forget to download the chinese version for LibFredo6 (see http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=180&t=17947&p=144178#p144178).

Quickcard RoundCorner - French - v2.1.pdf
[Upgrade - 27 Aug 09 - 23:55 CET-> RoundCorner 2.1a] Following a suggestion from Jim, this version keeps the parameters for each of the 3 tools across Sketchup sessions. As a bonus, you can also save parameters across Sketchup sessions in memory slots designated by letters and shown in the palette (2 per default, A and B, but you can have less or more via a setting in the Default Parameters dialog box). IMPORTANT: You must upgrade to LibFredo6 3.3 or higher.
[Upgrade - 11 Jul 09 - 19:30 CET-> RoundCorner 2.0b] Fix for the bugsplat in SU7 (thanks to TIG, PIlou and others for helping me on that). Thanks to signal if this is OK.
[Initial Release - 09 Jul 09 - 23:30 CET -> RoundCorner 2.0a] First release includes Round and Sharp mode, with uniform offset and profile based on an arc of circle. A big thank to Daniel S. for the icons! To all users: Bugsplats have been signaled in SU7 when launching the operation (but seems to work fine in SU6). Thanks to advise and give information (and model) about circumstances when it happens.
RoundCorner performs the rounding of the edges and corners of 3D shapes along a 2D profile, by default an arc of circle. It provides 3 modes: Round corners, Sharp corners and Bevel. RoundCorner also supports convex corners (always rendered as Round) and non-orthogonal edge faces. Corners can have 2, 3, or more edges. Note that there are some limitations and issues for some geometric.
CAUTION: Round Corner mode is very greedy in generation of faces and edges. For a standard cube (8 corners), with rounding made of 6 segments, you would generate a minimum of 8 x 36 + 12 x 6 = 360 new faces (possibly 680 when faces are not orthogonal and corners must be triangulated). In contrast, Sharp corner would only generate the rounding edges, with no corner, and create 12 x 6 = 60 new faces.
Installation The plugin requires LibFredo6 v3.3 or higher. Unzip ‘RoundCorner 2.1.zip', by doing a Select All and then Extract in the Plugins directory of Sketchup, answering YES to all prompts for file overwriting, in order to make sure you reconstruct the folder hierarchy. NEVER change the name of files or move them from their folder. The footprint should be (Windows environment):
On Mac, the right directory for unzipping is the same as where you put LibFredo6, in principle: Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Google SketchUp 7/SketchUp/plugins
NOTE: Although the script technically works in Sketchup 6 and 5, it is advised to use it with Sketchup 7 preferably: it runs faster, and it also cuts nicely existing coplanar edges on bordering faces.
Documentation is included in the Zip file (and also attached in standalone to the present message). It is always a good idea to check out the palette tooltips and the contextual menu to discover the options of the plugin.
Finally, you can keep my old Script RoundEdges (by Bezier). It is based on different code and can be run in parallel. It is a little bit better than RoundCorner for Sharp mode for corners with a big number of edges.

Dear Fredo6: this is getting to a point that it's getting hard to find new words to describe your work and what your doing for this comunity and sketchup itself...so i'll just have to say:
I'm feeling bad for not helping you with nothing since your plugins more than once have helped finishing my (personal or professional) projects, and you never ask nothing in return for this plugins, so if you need any help in any project of yours, (modeling, texturing , rendering etc), some tips, tricks, toturials, info on software or whatever or even just a good discussion, anything that i can help just tell me. i would gladly help you
Sketchup should raise a statue to people like you or at least mentione guys like you for keeping sketchup alive and at leas just suport high poly since the plugins are getting more and more sofisticated (sorry my english) and the only things "pulling them down" it's sketchup itself with their own limits
After all the plugins you released, and all for free (are you nuts?!?!) i don't know what more to do or say to show how gratefull i am. Again: thank you
As always another tour de force... The tools work very well... except the bevel/chamfer - which I suspect is the simplest of the three ? - which keeps bug-splatting me e.g. a 1m cube 100/150mm bevel to top or all edges... Sure it'll be a simple fix...
